DRUMS AND CHANTS
François Cartagenova is a DJ and selector born in Saint-Tropez, currently based between Milan and Turin. Over the years he has developed a musical culture thathas allowed him to become a key figure in the organization of festivals such as Movement and Kappa FuturFestival. Alongside this, he cultivates a vocation toward discovery, expressed through the project Drums and Chants.

No fixed identity, only multiplying differences. Chaos is energy: it challenges hierarchical structures and activates a creative process born from the interaction of elements that deny any pre-established order. Chaos opens toward horizontal forms: from acoustic to electronic, a wide range of styles leans toward the unconventional. Independent, at times irregular sounds generate a multicoloured and chaotic combination of genres, where rhythms intersect and chase one another: DRUMS and CHAAANTS…
